Jason has been an entrepreneur his entire life. Born and raised in Wichita, he proud is to be able to partner with people who share the desire to continue to improve our local community one flip at a time.
Heidi Lavender is the love of his life, and together they have two children and one shaggy dog.
Jaden Edgren: Executive Assistant
Jaden is currently working with Harmony Home Buyer to develop new systems that improve the experience of our sellers. She loves working alongside our dynamic and fast-paced team.
She is the oldest child of Jason and Heidi, and lives with her husband Joel and their two cats.
Brandy Yarnell: Project Manager
Brandy is a licensed realtor in the state of Kansas and is the in-house stager for Harmony Home Buyer. As a designer, she takes broken properties and turns them into uplifting living spaces.
Brandy is a wife of 21 years, mom to six, and a grandma to seven.
James Waggoner: Assistant Project Manager
James sees to the detail oriented aspects of every flip. Wherever a problem is, he’s there with a tool belt ready to take on the job.
James lives in Wichita with his cat Hugo.
Tyson Yarnell: Vice President of Acquisitions and Wholesaling
Tyson presides over the acquisition of new properties and handles our clients with a warmth and kindness to which we all aspire.
Tyson is a Navy Veteran, former nurse, and husband to Brandy.
